You can initiate a trade by going to the P2P platforms where you see our ads. Alternatively, you can email verify@coinclan.io or fill out the online form on this page.

You just need to have a cryptocurrency wallet (you can download one from the App Store or Google Play) or have an account at a cryptocurrency exchange, such as Binance, OKX, Bybit, Huobi, etc., where we can send the coins directly.

Unfortunately, we only accept direct bank transfers at this moment. However, bank transfers are usually very fast, and you can receive the coins in less than an hour.

The time it takes depends on your payment and verification speed. It can range from less than 5 minutes to one business day.

We currently trade BTC (Bitcoin), ETH (Ethereum), USDC (USD Coin), and USDT (Tether). We can also support other coins upon request, including the top 10 coins listed on coinmarketcap.com
